Where to Find Licenses for Internal Use Software

Information on software licenses that we use internally are located in one of two places:

Anything with a character-based or file-based key that must be entered to activate the software should be stored in the Asset Tracker as a license. This includes:

  1. Killdisk suite
  2. Cloudberry
  3. Easeus
  4. Active words
  5. Bandicam
  6. W2pdf
  7. Think Automation
  8. ScreenConnect

If you are using a license with a limited number of seats, you must "check out the license" so it's clear how many seats are in use and how many are left.

Software licenses that do not require a key to activate should be stored in IT Glue as a license asset. These include:

  1. Splashtop
  2. Code two

If you discover an issue with license documentation, you are responsible for alerting management.

Software license purchase over $100 must be approved by Matthew or Roberta.
