MAPs Software and Services for Internal Use - One Time Software and Cloud Service
The MAPs (Microsoft Action Pack) subscription must be renewed annually to keep the internal-use cloud and on-premises software benefits.

DO NOT USE MAPs licenses for customers under any circumstances. These licenses are for INTERNAL USE ONLY.
To Download MAPs Software
On left hand side, click MPN. Click Benefits. Click either "Software."
Click the arrow on the right for the software you wish to download. You'll need the license key available by clicking the "Get Keys" button.
Software that's available to download for internal use includes Windows operating software (both server and desktop), MS Office and Visio.
To Renew Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud Licenses
Microsoft sends an email to the Partner program primary contact (currently
roberta@nygeekgirls.com) reminding of the need to renew the cloud services. It is not enough to renew Action Pack. After renewing Action Pack, we still need to renew the subscriptions by updating the product keys:
IMPORTANT: You can renew your Action Pack subscription only after it expires (
there’s a 30-day grace period). For example, if your Action Pack subscription expires on July 18th, you can renew it starting July 19th. You'll have until August 16th to renew. You can find your Action Pack subscription's expiration date on your membership offers (membership>membership offers) page (sign-in required). When you're eligible to renew, follow the steps documented at the renewal page.
1. Clicking on the Renew Subscription button in the Microsoft email will take you to the Microsoft 365 admin center. (You can also get there from http://portal.office.com/. Click on the Admin (gear) icon at the bottom left) Then click Billing>Your Products on the left.
2. In another browse tab, log into the MS Partner Center with an admin account and navigate on the left to MPN>Benefits>Azure & Cloud. For each product subscription you wish to renew, click the arrow on the far right (View Details). When the section toggles open, you can click Get Keys to get the product license key for that subscription.

3. For each product you wish to renew, click the Get Keys button and then copy the license key.
4. Go back to the tab where you have the Microsoft 365 admin center open. For each subscription, click the button to extend the license end date:
5. Enter the license key you copied from the Partner Center and confirm the subscription has been extended:
You're done until next year!
