Asset Types
There are various types of assets:
1. Assets - tech items and larger devices that we use that can be returned/swapped (label maker, wire crimper, workstations and laptops used at home, laptop carrying cases).
2. Accessories - small office items, (clothing, mice, keyboards, headsets, GGIT shirts).
3. Consumables - things we can use for a customer (should be billed). Switches, cables, Ethernet connectors,
4. Licenses - anything with a character- or file-based key.
When you check out a Consumable, under Notes section, add the ticket # that it was charged on.
