Setting up Screenconnect Permissions

Allow accessibility Access

1. Go to System Preferences

2. Select Security and Privacy

3. Click the lock in the corner window to unlock the privacy settings.


4. Click on the privacy tab and select Accessibility

5. Check the box next to the ConnectWise Control client. The name will begin with "connectwisecontrol" 

Next you will have to allow Screen Recording. For some reason, this is needed to allow us access.

1. Go to Security and privacy again.
2. Click on the privacy tab and click on Screen Recording.


4. Click lock in the corner window to unlock the privacy settings.

5. Check the box next to the ConnectWise Control client. The name will begin with "connectwisecontrol" 
6. You'll see another window with the option to Quit & Reopen. Click Quit & Reopen and the client will automatically restart.
