Setting the Time Increment (Rounding) Settings in AutoTask
Set the rounding for time entries globally here:
Admin > Features & Settings > Application-wide (Shared) Features > System Settings > Time Sheets you will see a setting with the exact same "Round Ticket Time Entries up to the nearest #minutes"
Set the rounding for time entries on a per-ticket-category basis here:
Ticket Category > scroll down to Other Options. Under Time Entry Rounding dropdown box, choose the option you want and save the category.
Currently ticket time entries are set to round up to 10 minutes. Project time entries are set to round to 1 minute.
