ScreenConnect Groups

Groups are dynamic and are based on criteria that can be edited. 


Customer Groups

Customer groups are based on the name of the customer in the "Company" field. The name must be precise. 


New Tech Access Group

The New Tech Access group is for techs in the probationary period who do not have access to all groups. 

To add a machine to the New Tech Access group, add the exact phrase "newtechaccess" (no quotes) to the machine's Device Type field:















When you're done. always confirm it shows up in the group: 





Alert
Remove the machine from the group when access is no longer needed!
