When "Best Efforts" Doesn't Work for Karmak Support

Support for Karmak is on a "best efforts" basis. If you cannot quickly resolve the issue, notify the customer that:

We have attempted to resolve this on our own, but we will need to contact Karmak Support to resolve the issue. We will do this right away. Please note that the time to resolve this issue is billable.
