Customer Sends Support Request to Address Other Than Support@
When a customer emails you directly, politely ask the customer to send the request to the support address:

While I have you, I'd like to quickly mention a couple of things about our ticket system.
1. There's no need to cc me or any other team member when sending a ticket to the support address. We are notified when tickets come in.
2. If you have info to add to the ticket. it's best to reply to the ticket note you received (the one with the ticket number in the subject) so that the additional info goes to the same ticket. Otherwise, a new ticket gets created.
