Phone Configuration

You can configure your phone on the web by entering the phone's local IP address. The default username and password are both admin.

Check your Keeper vault for your latest password.

How To: Busy Lamp Fields (BLFs) in Your Phone


RingCentral uses its own code for the blf field. 
In your admin portal navigate to a user and inspect the URL. The ten-digit number  (no quotes) is the Ring Central code that must go in the phone's blf field. You must precede this number with these characters: blf.

Note that this number is not the direct-dial phone number for the account, but the ID that is found in the URL in the admin portal for each user.


Adding Pauses in SpeedDial

You can add pauses using commas (,) when adding speed dials on supported Yealink phones. This can be used to add a dial string to join a meeting.
