As of Feb 20 2026 I should only see 5 Ring Ex licenses and 2 "additional local numbers" under billing > product details.

Billed annually. $18.73 PER USER per month with 25% discount. (Regularly $25.)
There are three ""additional local numbers." on our billing page. I assume these are for NJ phone number, help desk phone number, and the main number.
SSO is configured. USers can log in with a uesrname and RC password, or by entering their email address and then clicking hte Single Sign-On button.
In order for SSO to work for a given user, the user must be a member of the Duo group in Azure AD.
