How to Block Specific Phone Numbers in RingCentral

  1. In the admin portal, click users at the top. 
  2. Click the link associated with Extension 100. (This is apparently what they consider the main number.)
  3. Click Phone. 
  4. Look for Blocked Numbers. This is where you can add numbers to be blocked. 
  5. Make sure to click SAVE before exiting.
