How to Block Specific Phone Numbers in RingCentral
- In the admin portal, click users at the top.
- Click the link associated with Extension 100. (This is apparently what they consider the main number.)
- Click Phone.
- Look for Blocked Numbers. This is where you can add numbers to be blocked.
- Make sure to click SAVE before exiting.
