View and Edit PTO in iSolved Portal



Log into the Isolved portal for all instructions below. 

To View Employee PTO Balances

Admin goes to:

Employee  Management > Employee Benefits>Accruals>Leave Accruals

To View Accrual History

To research PTO accruals and balances, admin goes to: 

Employee Management > Employee Benefits > Accruals > Accrual Balance History

Make sure you're looking at the correct section (Sick or Vacation).

View the Starting Balance column to see the PTO balance as of the pay date listed in the "Pay Date" column.

It is important to remember that “accrued” does not necessarily equal “balance.” The balance is your total including anything carried over from the previous years. The accrued amount is just what you’ve earned in the current year.

To View Projected PTO Balances

Admin goes to:

Employee Self-Service > Time > Time Off Balances 


To Generate a Report so Employee Can See Time Off Accrual History

There is a report that you be run as an admin and sent to employee:
