RingCentral: How to Route Calls

RINGCENTRAL: Create a Custom Answering Rule

1.       Go to ringcentral.com

2.       Log into Admin Portal

3.       Select Phone System

4.       Select Auto-Receptionist

5.       General Settings

6.       Click on Call Handling 

7.       Go to Custom Rules

8.       Add Rule

9.       Click date and time (specific date range) (DOUBLECHECK THAT IT’S THE CORRECT TIME OF DAY AM/PM)

10.   Select Extension

11.   Save.
