Voice mails are sent as emails to info and to slack channel called #
voicemails.
If anyone calls with a new customer inquiry and a tech is unsure how to handle it, and if no one else is available, please take their name, company and phone number and have the Office Admin call them back.
Conditional Call Handling
Conditions based on Caller ID are set up for some numbers. For example, while the general rule is that calls go to voice mail starting at 5pm, the two numbers that Mission Control may call from are allowed to ring through to the phones until 5:30pm. These numbers are (877) 773-7013 and (833) 877-1705.
