No disparagement of your knowledge or skills is intended with these instructions. Please say “Geek Girls IT Services; XXXXXX speaking”. Or “Geek Girls IT Services; this is XXXX”
Always say “May I place you on hold briefly?” before holding.
Roberta gets a lot of calls from aggressive salespeople. There isn't time to field all of these calls. Salespeople may try to get through using duplicitous tactics. (The following applies unless Roberta indicates she’s expecting a specific call, in which case you can put that caller through to Roberta without asking these questions.)
