How to Order a New Azure CSP Subscription via Pax8

 
  1. Company Creation: If you have not done so already, add the company in GGIT Pax8 Portal.

 

  1. Microsoft Azure Program SKU: Please go to your Pax8 catalog and order the “Microsoft Azure Program” SKU for the company that you wish to deploy Azure resources for.  Once you have completed the order, you will receive an email containing admin credentials within 24 hours.

 

  1. Deploy Azure Infrastructure: After receiving access to the new Azure subscription, you may log into the Azure Portal and begin deploying resources whenever you are ready.  Once you begin deploying resources, usage & billing data will begin to show in the Pax8 Portal within 72 hours and is refreshed every 24 hours thereafter.
  2. If customer is not already in the SQL database on the Think Automation server, add them.
  3. Advise Roberta to add monthly billing reminder to sync Azure usage to Autotask.
