Ordering an Additional Microsoft 365 License for an Existing Subscription through the Pax 8 portal
1. Go to Pax8 portal
2. Subscriptions
3. Choose the company and product you need
4. Modify the subscription by clicking on the edit icon.
5. Select the Modify button to change the quantity.
6. You may have to accept terms and conditions.
7. (before completing this step, see note below) Sync to update the contract
*For now, please contact Roberta & Gina to notify them of the Pax8 purchase to they can adjust the customer's contract manually. The problem is that the sync integration does not recognize the
difference of monthly vs. annual billing, so if we have some licenses on a monthly plan and some on annual
for the same customer and product, the licenses
sometimes sync to the wrong item in the AT contract.
8. Verify that the license shows up in the customer's Office admin portal under Billing>Licenses or Billing>Your Products.
