Checklist for Creating Quote for Data Migration to MS 365 from On-Premises Server
Verify users' operating systems are compatible with M 365 sync apps and Office apps.
Verify path and file names are not too long for Microsoft.
Check for illegal characters in file names or blank spaces at end of file names (especially if source is Mac-formatted).
Include time to add 2FA for all users
Include 2-week support period for users new to MS 365 / SP / OneDrive.
Include Datto SaaS Protection.
Include SGN Network or Firewall-based VPN to keep users from accessing from unauthorized machines and locations.
Include AntiVirus for non-RMM workstations. We will no longer authorize access from non-RMM machines.
Include MS 365 licenses to be purchased via Pax8 if applicable.
