Checklist for Creating Quote for Data Migration to Google WorkSpace from On-Premises Server
Verify users' operating systems are compatible with Google sync apps or users will use web-based interface exclusively.
Verify path and file names are not too long for Google
Check for illegal characters in file names or blank spaces at end of file names (especially if source is Mac-formatted).
Include time to add 2FA for all users.
Include 2-week support period for users new to MS 365 / SP / OneDrive.
Include Datto SaaS Protection.
Include SGN Network or Firewall-based VPN to keep users from accessing from unauthorized machines and locations.
Include: X hours for consultant and client to discuss project via email or phone/remote meeting.
