How to Cancel a Scheduled Order in Pax8

How to Cancel a Scheduled Order in Pax8

All scheduled or future dated orders are now handled within the Scheduled Order Manager.

If you need to make a modification or cancellation to a future-dated order on a subscription not yet active on the platform, you will use the Scheduled Order Manager.
The Scheduled Order Manager can be found by going to the sidebar, and clicking on Manage Clients > Orders > "scheduled" tab at the top.

For changes on existing products, you can perform the above steps. Or you can click into the specific subscription and select Scheduled tab (next to History). This will display all of your upcoming cancellations and changes for that subscription.

You can find more information on Scheduled Order Manager in the User Guide:

Notes
Net new subscription orders do not generate a subscription listing when the initial order is placed. The subscription listing will be generated after the subscription provisioning task has ran on the selected effective date.
