Phone interview with Roberta for preliminary screening. 
Tests taken via virtual machine.   
Phone interview with Matthew.
Video call with Roberta for more in-depth questions and, if appropriate, job offer is made. 

If offer is accepted:

Start date established.
References checked. 
Background check.

Contract sent to new hire.
Contract signed and executed. 
DD, W4 and I-9 forms via Isolved portal
Create ticket in AT using the hiring checklists in library.
