Contractor assignments onsite to further evaluate candidate.
- Candidate has to sign Docusign agreement. Use template in Docusign called "07. Subcontractor agreement for employment candidate."
- Create ScreenConnect login
References checked.
Approval: Offer made.
If offer is accepted:
Start date established.
Contract sent to new hire.
Contract signed and executed.
Send DD, W4 and I-9 forms via Docusign template.
Create ticket in AT using the hiring checklists in library.
