How to Set Up Your Soft Phone
Download the RC Windows desktop app using this link:

Our RingCentral account supports Single Sign-On. To log in, enter your email address and then click the Single Sign-On button.
Please note this app can only run on one computer per user.
1. Please make sure your caller ID in your Ring Central App is set to show our main number. Click the gear, go to Calls, then Outgoing tab at the top.
2. Make sure you have been added to the main call queue (ext 1006).
