Password Access
We have a secure encrypted storage space where we
store our customers' confidential information. We strongly recommend that
we keep the passwords confidential to protect you from security breaches and
hackers. If you would like to have a copy of the password[s], we will
provide it to you. We strongly recommend you don’t give the admin password to
your users. If the passwords are provided to your users, we cannot be liable
for any issues that require remediation on that user's workstation or on the network."
Running Software
We
strongly discourage giving users blanket permission to run software that requires admin privileges because this is usually software that is making changes to Operating System files. It's much less risky to
instruct them to call in when they want to run this type of program.
