Carbon Systems manuactures business-class computers with high-end components at a reasonable price. You may not have heard of them because they don’t sell directly to consumers. Since they sell to IT companies, they have to make a high quality product. We have sold a number of their machines (workstations and servers), and they have worked out very well.  Carbon Systems provides a 3-year advance replacement warranty. Advance replacement means that, in the event of a warranty replacement, you do not have to wait until Carbonite receives your machine before they will ship a replacement.

Since you are purchasing the machine through us, we will provide support in interfacing with the vendor for any warranty issues.
