Steps for Retrieving Intermedia Explanation of Charges from the Intermedia Portal (Elevate)

Explanations of charges are no longer sent out via email, that is a feature that dropped off with the legacy platform. They must be downloaded from the portal every month and sent to the customer. 

 

To access the explanation of charges, follow these steps: Partner Portal > Reports > Elevate & PBX Billing Documents > Customer Explanation of Charges.
