Service Call Color Codes

  1. NYGGCalendar
    1. No color coding necessary.
                    On-Site Jobs - Color code: (Blue)

                    Remote Jobs
      1. Ticket status "Remote Appointment Scheduled" (This means the user will be calling in)
        1. Default color (no color coding necessary)
      1. Ticket status "Appt Sched -No User There" (This means the machine will be left available or can be worked on through the back-end)
        1. Color code: "(Yellow)
      2. Ticket status "Scheduled -no cust appt" (This is either a maintenance or background work that will not require the customer to be present and can be moved, if necessary)
        1. Color code: "(Red) No Appointment Needed."
      3. Color code: (Orange) (Means Tech will be shadowing the appointment).
