Alert

If the customer folder name under "client paper work, reports and proposals" folder (on the Sharepoint site) does not match the name in Datto RMM, change the folder name so that it exactly matches. This is critical for reports to be saved properly. The only exceptions are if the customer name has an ampersand and/or a period in it.

The ampersand should be represented as the word and in the customer folder name because Windows folder names cannot contain ampersands.

Periods should be removed from the folder name.

If the account name has any periods or ampersands, PowerAutomate is programmed to handle the discrepancy by removing periods and changing & to and.

Folder must already exist in order for report to be saved to SP site.

The file name and file path on the server must have no spaces in order for the concatenation utility to work, so TA removes the spaces during processing. However, the Sharepoint folder can have spaces.
