In August of 2015 we took over the proactive management of this literary agency’s IT infrastructure. Immediately before we were scheduled to take over day to day management from their previous provider, they experienced a devastating fire that forced them out of their permanent work space and required a complete reconfiguration of their network, as well as the installation of several new computers and printers to replace those that were destroyed in the fire. We provided all services to get them up and running again as quickly and painlessly as possible. They are now back in their permanent space and we manage their server, workstations, network, backups and hosted Exchange email and provide user support as needed.

The best way to reach Chris is via email.
