Approval: Offer made. If offer is accepted:
Start date established.
References checked. Ask these questions:
- How
did candidate get along with other people in the office?
- How independently
did candidate have to work in this position?
- What
were the day to day activities candidate performed?
- What were their duties? (Did candidate do this item they say they did on their resume? How successfully
did they do it?)
- On a
scale of 1 to 10 how would you rate candidate's ability to take and act on feedback or
criticism?
- How
was candidate's punctuality?
Background check performed.
Contract sent to new hire.
Contract signed and executed.
Send DD, W4 and I-9 forms via Docusign template.
Create ticket in AT using the hiring checklist in library.
