Once the quote is approved, we must send an invoice to the customer.

For labor, we sometimes require full payment in advance, and we sometimes require only a deposit on labor. Check the quote to verify whether we are invoicing in advance for full or partial payment. All hardware is added as a charge. (This can be done from the "Won Quote" wizard.) Hardware is always billed fully in advance. 

 If the quote contains contains services or fees that should be converted to a recurring service contract, there will be a link to open the Won Opportunity Wizard.

You should use the Won Quote feature when you want to quickly close on a quote that contains only products, one-time discounts, shipping, and/or charges

The quote can be associated with a proposal project.
