Microsoft Office 365 Migration Letter template

Hello,

We will be migrating your email, contacts, and calendars to Microsoft 365 starting at [time] on [date].


During the migration, please DO NOT make changes to contacts and calendars or move items between folders. 

You can view and send emails; however, we can't guarantee that emails sent after this time will show up in your new "sent" folder.  


The migration will be completed over this weekend. On Monday, we'll need to remote into your computer to set up Outlook and your new computer profile. We’ll also install our Remote Monitoring and Management agent on your computer. Please have your phones on hand so we can set up 2-factor authentication for your Microsoft login.

We'll be sending out your new credentials to your personal email addresses late Sunday night so you'll have them for Monday morning.  If you haven’t provided your personal email yet, please send it as soon as possible to office@geekgirlsit.com

 You can use Outlook Web Access until we're able to set up your Outlook desktop app. Here are instructions for using OWA:
