Microsoft Bookings - General Information

We do not use Bookings for Autotask appointments. Bookings is for sales and other more general consultations. All tech work should be scheduled using
TimeZest in Autotask.
When adding a new staff member make sure to check off the box "Events on Office Calendar Affect availability."
On the business information page, you can add an email address to which replies to the Bookings notifications will go. Despite the name, this information is specific to the logged in user. If the email address is blank, then the replies will go to GeekGirlsITServices@geekgirlsit.com. If you add your email address, then replies to the Bookings notifications will go to you and you will be responsible for replying to them.
