Thank you for your message. Our hourly rate for as-needed support is $175 with a one-hour minimum for onsite visits. After the first hour we prorate the time. For remote support we prorate the time in 10-minute increments. We also offer monthly managed IT services to keep your devices and network secure and stable. I’m attaching some information on our remote monitoring and maintenance. Businesses on a monthly plan have signed up for an agreement in which we manage their infrastructure. Also, our managed IT plans offer options such as 24/7 end user support and onsite “wellness” visits.
