Explaining billing of services added in a previous month

(PLEASE EDIT THE SECTIONS IN RED. READ THE ENTIRE NOTE BEFORE SENDING AND EDIT AS NEEDED.)

Thanks for your inquiry about the invoice. Since we bill in advance for monthly services, you were not billed for the extra devices that were added in [late October and November] (because your last bill was send out on October 15). They are added to the current invoice.

If you look at the dates for the [Ransomware protection], those licenses were added in [late October and early November] as well.

The same goes for the ["Remote Monitoring and Management"] items dated 10/26 and 11/1: these are devices that were added after you had been billed for October and November

If you have any other questions about the invoice, I'd be happy to hop on a call with you and review it.
