Agent on each machine. Data pooling is permitted per Axcient’s Fair Use Policy. The Policy allows for 3 TB for each server cloud backup and 300 GB for each desktop cloud backup.
Month to month. No long-term commitment but they will redo the contract if we remove a lot and it affects pricing.

Roundtrip? Disk shipment available w appliance-based approach. Not available with direct to cloud yet.

Retention Policy
One-year
retention policy.
Hourly
backups. Retain all snapshots for 7 days.
After
7 days, retain:
Last
snapshot of day for 7 days.
Last
snapshot of week for 5 weeks.
Last
snapshot of month for 12 months.
Removing Internal Users
In addition to removing users from the X360 dashboard, they need to be removed from thex360 Recover dashboard. Go to x360 Recover > Users.
Notifications
There are daily health notifications configured in the x360 Recover Dashboard (not the X360 dashboard). Go to x360 Recover > org settings. Scroll down to Notification Configuration. On the right are edit buttons.
From here you can remove users from the Organization Health Daily Digest email.
