Amazon for Business ordering instructions


  1. Roberta and office admin are approvers.
  2. Make sure to choose the proper group, either “purchase for company use” or “purchase for resale”.
  3. Make sure to choose “not tax exempt” for internal company use and “tax exempt” for resale use.
  4. Always choose an item that is listed as having  "Free Returns." 
  5. Add a purchase order number to the order consisting of the ticket # plus the customer name.
  6. It is the responsibility of whoever places the order to confirm that that the item purchase was approved in the Amazon portal and the purchase went through, or to follow up if not.

Warning
Don't ship directly to customer because blind shipping from Amazon is not possible. Only use Amazon when it's realistic for us to bring the item to the customer.
