Workflow: Adobe Apps Request

Users can request to be connected to a team (customer) as well as be assigned a license in Adobe.

When the request comes in, a ticket will be automatically created (this is pending as of 6/23 - as of right now, an email gets delivered to the info@ mailbox)

When you receive the request, ask the proper authorization contact for approval.

Once you receive written approval from the proper authorization contact:

  1. Sign into the Adobe Admin Portal
  2. Go to the correct organization's console (top right corner)
  3. Click on Users
  4. Click Review Request 
  5. Approve the request and assign the license to the user
