New BCDR – Additional Contract Procedures


Make sure to add setup fee as a separate charge if applicable.


In AT, create quarterly recurring ticket (every three months) for BCDR check. 


For Axcient use template RT005


Add account. 

Do NOT add a ticket contact 

General Ticket Info: 


Create one ticket for each server to be backed up. 

DO select a resource and schedule a service call for every THREE months. (Queue and Status will be set as Deferred by template. Source will be set as Insourced by template. Work type set as Non Billable Support by template. Issue/Sub-Issue will be set as Routine Maintenance - No Issue / Routine Backup Check (no issue).


Enter Contract! Enter Contract Bundle. 

Enter configuration item (The device being backed up.)

Recurrence Tab: template should set this to quarterly for 10 years (Same as end date of contract).

Enter the start date and starting day of the month, starting shortly after the first backup is scheduled to run. 

For Axcient, select the checklist called [Maintenance] Axcient Maintenance Checklist. 

Save and close.
