When Syncing from Pax8 to Autotask, the AT Service Doesn't Appear in the Pax8 Dropdown List
Check if the service is bound to another Pax8 Product:
Navigate to Tools, Business Automation, AutoTask, Connection, then click the button "Show Bound Services. ."
