The annual report request letter is received from NJ via postal mail. The filing is due on or before April 30th. Ther is a fee associated with the filing. As of 2024, the fee is $75. 

The answers to the following questions are included in the letter:

  2. Type of Entity
  3. Formation/Authorization Date

Make sure to download all of the documents because these documents will not be mailed to you.

Enter the payment in QB as a check, using vendor name: state of NJ Corporate Filings. Use account name NJ State Corporation Tax.
