RountTrip Order - Inform Customer

Subject: RoundTrip Heads-Up
Hi -------,
We ordered a
RoundTrip device to get all your data in the cloud faster. It's a device that
lets us complete your initial backup faster by shipping the device back to
Datto,. Datto then copies the data directly into their cloud, which is faster
than uploading a large amount of data over the internet. When the device
arrives (via UPS), just connect it to a USB port on the Datto device (not the
server) and let us know it’s ready. We’ll configure it, and then send you
instructions on how to send it back to Datto. (It comes with a UPS return
shipping label, but if you lose the label we can send you another.)
If you have any questions please reach out.
