How to Export Zoho KB Articles for Backup Purposes
Setup. Under data administration, click export. Click New Export. Under module, choose Articles. You can refresh the status page as needed.
The export will be a spreadsheet file. Each cell in the Answer column contains the HTML code to reconstruct each article.
The images are not backed up. They will need to be recreated if the KB is ever destroyed.
Categories are not saved in the export.
