Employee Performance Review Process
1a. Roberta sends employee the Microsoft Forms link for the employee self-assessment.
1b. Employee fills out self-assessment and submits.
2. Employee's immediate manager fills out employee evaluation form.
3. Roberta and manager review evaluation and compare it to employee's self assessment.
4. All three parties meet in person or video and discuss and compare results and discuss areas for improvement, if any. If meeting is remote, it is recorded.
5. Roberta and employee review compensation.
6. After the meeting concludes, Roberta sends employee a summary of the discussion.
Note: The form submissions in Microsoft cannot be edited after submission. This is a benefit, as it assures objectivity of each manager's evaluation. The manager cannot be pressured to change their assessment after submitting it because it is not possible to change it.
