Creating a Maintenance Plan Proposal


  1. Geek Girls IT Team Site - Documents\Service Offerings\RMM\Business\Cover Sheets
  2. Add prospect name and logo to cover
  3. Print a page (just page 1)
  4. Choose WinPDF Creator
  5. Make sure to close PDF so that the second page can be appended.
  6. Open the RMM services spreadsheet. Save a copy under prospect's paperwork folder and edit as needed, hiding (not deleting) unnecessary services. Save
  7. Print page and click on cover page.
  8. Select Append.
  9. See email templates in subfolder of Roberta's inbox. 
  10. When appropriate add the SIEM, GRC, RMM, BCDR and/or Help Desk overview PDF(s) to the email. 


How to convert Excel proposal to PDF

Print setup should have all columns on one page. 
Page breaks can be added from the Page Layout tab. 

For shorter proposals consider using landscape mode for the Tiers page. 

If type is too small, make columns more narrow and longer.
