Workflow: Offboarding a Customer

  1. Create a new ticket
  2. Select "Administrative Change/Request" as the ticket category
  3. From the checklist library, choose "[OFFBOARDING] Offboard Managed Services Customer" 
  4. Fill in required information 
  5. If applicable: Send scheduling link to ticket contact for a remote appointment with Matthew
