How to Determine if a Customer is on Managed Services or Other Plans
In IT Glue, visit the customer's Site Summary asset. There is a section called Type of Managed Services.
Please note a customer may still have a backup or email service provided by us, even if they do not have workstation or server management. Details would be in the customer's Email or Applications flexible assets in IT Glue
