How to Check SonicWall Licensing Expirations

Log into mysonicwall.com portal.

If you don't have your own login, look for the specific company's login in IT Glue. 

My Products. 

Click on a serial number. 

Click Licenses tab. 

Check "expiry date" column. Scroll down to see date for each license. 

How to Create a Ticket to Track SonicWall Licensing Expirations

  1. Use category Software/Registration Renewals.
  2. Choose ticket template SonicWall Renewal Reminder
  3. Set status to deferred and the due date to 3 months before the expiration date. 
  4. Leave office admin as the primary resource.
  5. Add the configuration item and the default contract.
