Document any changes made by self in customer infrastructure including:
- password changes
- new hardware
- new users and user accounts
- changes in or additions to network
- new software licenses and LOB programs
- other changes as needed
Configure server and workstations for order quotes
Evaluate and learn new technologies to provide the latest and best service offerings to our customers.
Research and implement new technology products and tools for both internal use and our customers.
Take a role in improving workflows, documentation and processes,
Continuosly look for ways to improve cyber security policies.
Set up, troubleshoot and monitor workstations, servers and network equipment.
Receive escalation for end-user support.
Onsite assessments.
