Computer and Peripheral Sales Policies

Computer and Peripheral Sales Policies

We sell computers, servers and network devices.

We are an authorized Dell and Asus reseller. We also purchase computers directly from Carbon Systems. We order Dell business* computers through Dell Premier portal.

We only sell business-line computers. If the customer doesn't want to pay that much we suggest they buy it on their own. We will still set up the computer for them. Our hourly labor rate will apply.

The quote should be sent to the customer using Autotask quote system. Choose the correct quote template.

What we don't do:

We generally don't sell printers because the margin is too small in relation to what can go wrong with a printer (a lot). We will provide a recommendation to the customer for a printer.

We do not act as a buying agent for miscellaneous hardware such as replacement parts, cellular data cards, etc. even if the customer is based in another country. Customer must order these items directly.

Advantage of a Business-Class Computer

  5. Trusted Platform Module available in hardware
  6. Intel vPro chip available

  1. Can join domain (essential for customers on a domain)
  2. Has better backup options than Home (can back up to a network location such as a NAS or server using Windows Backup)
  3. Includes Bit Locker encryption (requires TPM chip in hardware specs or Managed Encryption such as TruGrid or Intune)
